We’re coming from Bandung, West Java. We’re truly inspired by VK bands, especially ones with Symphonic Metal genre. We’re mostly influenced by renaissance fashioned bands such as Malice Mizer, Hizaki grace Project, Versailles, etc. Ever since we started La Lumiere, we’ve always had been one of Versailles’ coverband, however, we’re sure that one day we’ll find our own way of creating music and even dressing up.
The name of “La Lumiere” itself was taken from French that means “(the bright) light”. The concept of the name itself came from our hope of being “the light” for ourselves and also for the music listeners, not only in Indonesia, but also the whole world.
